About the Single Entry Visa

 

Planning to stay for a while? 

 

You can visit friends and family, attend conferences and soak up all the neutral beauty Indonesia offers on a single-entry visa.

 

The Single-Entry Visa will allow you to visit Indonesia for a total of 60 days, plus the option to extend your visa 4 times. Each extension is valid for an additional 30 days, which means you may be eligible to stay in Indonesia for up to 180 days.

Who is the Single Entry Visa for? 

 

This visa is the perfect option for anyone who’d like a little extra time in Indonesia, and the following activities: tourism, humanitarian activities, business meetings/investment visit without having to rush. 

 

We recommend the Multiple Entry Visa for anyone who is:

  • Planning to stay (or would like the option to stay) in Indonesia for

       longer than 60 days

  • Not planning to work in Indonesia. 

 

Please note this visa does NOT include the right to work as an employee

or conduct any business in Indonesia.

How to Get a Single Entry Business Visa

 

  1. Arrive in Indonesia

  2. Sit back and relax while MyVisa applies for your Single Entry Business Visa at your local immigration office

Single Entry Business Visa Requirements

 

If your sponsor is a company, you’ll need: 

 

  • A scanned color copy of your passport

  • A sponsorship letter (a letter inviting you to Indonesia) from the company

  • A copy of the company’s business license

  • A copy of the company’s business domicile (from the regional office/kelurahan)

  • The company’s Tax Registration Number (NPWP)

  • The company’s Registration Certificate (TDP)

  • A copy of the company CEO’s ID Card (KTP/KITAS)

  • A copy of the company’s bank statement showing a minimum balance of IDR 20,000,000 (twenty million rupiahs) or USD 1,500

 

If your sponsor is an individual, you’ll need:

 

  • A scanned color copy of your passport

  • A sponsorship letter (a letter inviting you to Indonesia) from the individual

  • A copy of the individual’s ID card (KTP)

  • A copy of the individual’s Family Registered Card (Kartu Keluarga/KK)

  • A copy of the individual sponsor’s birth certificate

  • A copy of your bank statement showing a minimum balance of IDR 20,000,000 (twenty million rupiahs) or USD 1,500
